We can progress the entirety of the divorce procedure for you for a fixed price of £450.00 (plus the court fees of £340.00). This will not give you a financial order but will move you from being married to being unmarried.
We can do a fixed price divorce of this nature provided:
- The divorce is uncontested.
- The divorce is uncomplicated.
- You know the whereabouts of your husband/wife.
- We are not corresponding with other solicitors.
We will arrange to see you in one of our offices and take your detailed instructions. We will then manage and progress the divorce procedure from start to end. We will keep the process simple and uncomplicated.
